Job Requirements
- At least sixteen years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physically active with the ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility needs
- Must have passed criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present and engaged in the dining room
- Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meal service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Communicate changes in residents' appetite or meal attendance to supervisors and wellness staff
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Support residents after a fall
