Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen 16 years of age
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- have a positive and energetic attitude
- be physically active to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall
- criminal background clearance
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 16 years

- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist residents with mobility

Job Duties
- greet and welcome residents to the dining area
- be present and engaged in the dining room
- mingle and foster social connections among residents
- prepare tables and meals for service
- roll silverware and assist with food preparation
- bus tables and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness
- assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
