Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physically active with the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for prolonged periods
- Able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility
- Must be criminally cleared
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be active and present in the dining room to foster resident interaction
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Help residents after a fall when necessary
- Maintain tidiness of dining environment throughout shifts
