Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen years of age
  • able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
  • positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents
  • able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall
  • criminally cleared

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least sixteen years of age
  • able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
  • possess a positive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with seniors
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop during the shift
  • able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • able to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support
  • criminal background clearance

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and make them feel welcome
  • be present in the dining room to mingle, entertain, and foster social connections among residents
  • prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meals
  • bus tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
  • assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and providing support after a fall
  • maintain tidiness and order in the dining areas
  • uphold a positive and energetic attitude throughout the shift
