Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents
- able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall
- criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- possess a positive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with seniors
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop during the shift
- able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- able to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support
- criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room to mingle, entertain, and foster social connections among residents
- prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meals
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
- assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and providing support after a fall
- maintain tidiness and order in the dining areas
- uphold a positive and energetic attitude throughout the shift
