Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dining or hospitality role preferred but not required
- Must be able to work Sunday and Monday morning shifts
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to resident-centered care
- Physical ability to perform duties involving lifting and mobility assistance
- Must be cleared through background checks
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at an eighth grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room and interact with residents
- Prepare tables and meals for service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
- Roll silverware and prepare salads
- Sweep floors and ensure tidiness
