Job Requirements
- at least sixteen years of age
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude
- physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- able to assist residents with mobility
- criminal background clearance

Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room and mingle with residents
- prepare tables and food items such as salads
- roll silverware and set up dining areas
- bus tables and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness
- assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and provide support after falls
- foster an environment where residents can connect and enjoy meals
