Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years of age
- effective English communication skills at eighth-grade level
- energetic and positive attitude
- physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support
- cleared criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at eighth-grade proficiency

- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room and engage with residents
- prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- respond to residents after a fall
- foster a positive and social dining environment
