Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance
- must pass criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English at eighth grade proficiency or higher
- positive and energetic attitude
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- experience in customer service or caregiving preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet residents and create a welcoming environment
- be present and interact in the dining room
- prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for service
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
- ensure timely and efficient meal service
- foster social connections among residents
