Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency or higher
- Positive and energetic attitude toward residents
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
- Must be criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English at a minimum of 8th grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop during shifts
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents physically
- Must pass a criminal background check
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room and engage with residents
- Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meal service
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Support residents after a fall if necessary
- Maintain a tidy and organized dining environment
