Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Read, write, and communicate in English at minimum 8th grade level
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Be physically active with ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Capable of lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds frequently
- Assist residents with mobility and after falls
- Pass criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present and engage with residents in the dining room
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Follow health and safety standards during food service
