Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age
  • Possess basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a POS system
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds
  • Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
  • Willingness to abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest first focus while performing all duties
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes
  • Make specific beverage, appetizer, entree and dessert recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
  • Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our POS system
  • Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
