Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age
- Able to work standing for long periods
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must adhere to all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies
- Maintain a guest first focus
- Be physically and emotionally capable to perform duties

- Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle money and operate a POS system
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Maintain a guest first focus while performing all duties
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Make specific beverage, appetizer, entree and dessert recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our POS system
- Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
