Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 years
- legal authorization to work in the country
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- strong customer service orientation
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for processing payments
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- friendly and positive attitude
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- take orders from guests accurately and promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned serving station
- deliver prepared food to guests within two minutes of completion
- process guest payments and issue checks
- greet and welcome each guest seated in assigned area
- provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- adhere to health and safety standards for cleanliness
