Job Requirements

At least sixteen years of age
ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level or higher
positive energy and a love for working with residents
physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds frequently
capability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery
successful completion of criminal background check

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 8th grade proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
positive and energetic attitude
ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
capacity to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support
criminal background clearance

Job Duties

Greet residents and make them feel welcome
be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster resident connections
prepare tables for service and assist with meal preparations
roll silverware and set up dining areas
bus tables and maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors
assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
foster a positive and energetic dining atmosphere
