Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays and supplies
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or dining assistance is a plus
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS mission and operating philosophies
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Assist with meal preparation
- Prepare dining room for meal service
- Serve meals to residents and customers
- Ensure compliance with established policies and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Support a high-quality dining experience consistent with PHS standards
