Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Ability to follow established procedures and policies
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform duties involving standing and lifting
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer service
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or related field preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Assist with meal preparation
- Prepare dining room for service
- Serve meals consistent with regulations and policies
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Support compliance with dietary requirements
- Demonstrate alignment with PHS mission and values
