Job Requirements

- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrated reliability and professionalism

- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required

- assist with meal preparation
- prepare dining rooms for service
- serve meals to residents and guests
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- communicate effectively with residents to enhance dining experience
- support team members in daily culinary operations
