Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
  • Experience with reservation systems
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for long periods
  • Visual and hearing ability sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
  • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
  • Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable)
  • Sommelier or wine certification preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Deliver seamless and personalized service in a fine dining environment
  • Guide guests through menu selections with expertise and confidence
  • Present, serve, and clear courses with precision and elegance
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the checks to guests
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff
  • Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning
