Job Requirements
- Entry-level position with no specific education required

Job Duties
- Prepare tables for meals including linens silverware and glassware
- Perform light food preparation duties including bread salad appetizers and dessert presentation
- Greet guests professionally and provide education about the food and beverage menus including preparation methods and ingredients
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Prepare and serve specialty dishes tableside as required
- Check identification for minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverage consumption
- Provide wine recommendations
- Deliver wine with appropriate glasses and use proper corkage and pouring techniques
- Receive guest payments and process transactions
- Clear and clean tables promptly according to sanitation standards
- Complete side duties such as polishing silverware restaurant setup and filling condiments
