Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a server preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Maintain uniform to meet restaurant requirements and keep it clean
- Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during all work shifts
- Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties when needed
- Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- Know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
- Be subject to E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification
