Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, or specials
- take customer orders accurately and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar
- serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards
- provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- handle cash transactions and process payments through POS systems accurately
- ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and reset promptly after guests leave
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards
- work closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service
- assist with setting up and supporting private events and special functions
