Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to handle loud music, large crowds, lasers, and strobe lighting

Job Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience preferred but willing to train the right person
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • ServSafe or TIPS certification a plus
  • Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol

Job Duties

  • Deliver outstanding service using Spare Time's Service Standards and Steps of Service
  • Greet guests, share menu knowledge, make suggestions, and promote specials and events
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and confidently handle transactions through the POS system
  • Monitor alcohol service, check IDs, and follow all company and state policies
  • Keep your section guest-ready by cleaning, resetting tables, and staying attentive to needs
  • Assist with food prep, restocking, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Communicate inventory or supply needs to supervisors
  • Complete opening, closing, and shift paperwork with accuracy
  • Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly
