Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- count money and change correctly
- willing to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- meet professional appearance standards
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to lift and carry 20 lbs (full cocktail tray) for extended periods
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environment
- able to push, pull, carry, lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical duties such as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, balancing
- must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course

Job Duties
- Provide personalized service and use guest name
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill during work and public relations functions
- promote casino events and programs
- provide fast (20 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests
- carry full trays on every round
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- take drink orders, communicate with bartender, assist in drink preparation, and present drinks to guests
- handle money according to procedure
- work well with others including beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
- maintain clean and stocked workstation
