Job Duties

Greet all guests with a personable style and friendly disposition
provide efficient and professional food and beverage service
operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items including craft beer and whiskey
prepare and serve beverages according to standards
memorize and use Eureka's abbreviations and ticket writing procedures
deliver food and drinks to correct tables and seats
bus and manicure tables
polish and roll silverware
replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
maintain expeditor and wait stations
assist in seating guests and answering telephone as needed
perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
handle cash and credit card transactions following company procedures
observe and comply with state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
