Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TIPS certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Knowledge of MICROS system preferred
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One to two years of experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • TIPS certification required
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Knowledge of MICROS system preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously
  • Be knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and beverage selections
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Flexibly work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
