Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States required
- Ability to obtain and maintain TIPS certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of MICROS system preferred
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to two years of experience in food and beverage service preferred
- TIPS certification required
- ServSafe certification required
- Knowledge of MICROS system preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously
- Be knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and beverage selections
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Flexibly work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
