Job Duties

Greet all guests with personable style and a warm smile
Attend to the needs of all guests in a professional and courteous manner
Memorize abbreviations and ticket writing procedures and write orders accurately
Efficiently operate the point-of-sale system
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and bar items to respond accurately to inquiries
Prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards
Deliver food orders accurately to tables and bar seats
Bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
Polish and roll silverware
Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
Maintain the expeditor and wait stations
Assist in seating guests and answering the telephone as needed
Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
Handle cash and credit card transactions according to procedures
Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
