Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling standards
- Follow up periodically with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specialized diets, and allergens
- Communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request accommodations
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- Address complaints or issues promptly and escalate to supervisors as necessary
- Ensure the dining room is set up properly before and after service and meets sanitation standards
- Operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
