Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required
- BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent
- Ability to stand during full shift
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible and willing to work long hours sometimes
- Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times
- Ability to keep supervisor informed of issues
- Familiarity with menu items and service procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Set up food and beverage stations according to Q Center standards
- Serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Break down and clean up function spaces after events
- Maintain storerooms in an orderly manner and stock appropriate supplies
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints
- Adhere to BASSET procedures when serving alcoholic beverages
