Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Successful background check
- Ability to handle job stress and work effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by taking and delivering food orders to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with seating guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure timely service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in cross-training for various positions within the restaurant
- Follow health and safety regulations consistently
