Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and sometimes noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service while delivering food to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- Take and process guest orders accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Promote and sell memberships and fun passes
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
