Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service as you deliver food to guests
- Engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Assist with upselling Memberships and Fun Passes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and other team members
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
