Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
  • Successful completion of a background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and prompt service to guests
  • Deliver food accurately to tables
  • Upsell memberships and Fun Passes to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
  • Assist in set-up and breakdown of dining spaces
  • Participate in cross-training for various positions
