Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Successful completion of a background check in accordance with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Promote membership and Fun Pass sales to guests
- Assist with set up and breakdown of the dining area
- Follow health and safety regulations during shifts
