Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly food service to guests
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and serving areas
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and answer questions
- Assist with sales of Memberships and Fun Passes
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures rigorously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
