Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- possess excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience desirable but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- positive attitude and energetic personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and take on various tasks
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service as food server
- deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of serving stations
- assist in setting up dining and party areas
- handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- follow health and safety standards at all times
