Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and attending to guests promptly
- Deliver food orders to guests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist with cross-training in various team roles
- Handle transactions and operate point-of-sale systems when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a fun and safe environment
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
