Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service as food is delivered to guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the dining and play areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in stocking and setting up service stations
- Operate point of sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Uphold company policies on health, safety, and sanitation during all shifts
