Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- assist with setup and breakdown of dining and party areas
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues courteously
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- promote a positive and safe environment for children and families
