Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and work effectively with others
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with cross-training in various positions to enhance team flexibility
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
- Handle cash and process guest payments accurately
- Engage with guests positively to create a welcoming atmosphere
