Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in a loud, busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering food to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Participate in cross-training to perform various roles
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
