Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Compliance with health and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to guests
Deliver food orders accurately and promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Assist with guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner
Follow health and safety guidelines during food handling and service
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Participate in cross-training for various job functions
