Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during a shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service helpful but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- enthusiasm for working with children and families
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- deliver food orders to guests promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas
- handle cash and process transactions accurately
- engage with guests, especially children, to enhance their experience
- follow all health and safety guidelines during shifts
