Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Capacity to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work various shifts flexibly
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by delivering food promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with seating guests and managing orders efficiently
- Collaborate with team members through cross-training to support various positions
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest and employee well-being
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and empathetically
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive work environment
