Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking and squatting during shift
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, loud noises, and moving parts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by delivering food promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with cross-training in various positions to support team members
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards during all shifts
- Interact enthusiastically and professionally with guests and coworkers
- Handle physical demands of the job including lifting, standing, bending, and walking
- Help create a fun and family-friendly atmosphere that aligns with company culture
