Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering food to guests promptly
- Maintain a friendly and energetic attitude while interacting with guests and co-workers
- Cross-train in multiple positions to understand various operational aspects
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- Manage job stress effectively and maintain professional communication in a lively environment
- Adhere to health and safety standards to protect guests and team members
