Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality conducive to family entertainment settings
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, and carry loads during shifts
- Basic math skills to handle transaction processes
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service by delivering food to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly and efficient interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist in taking orders and processing payments as needed
- Collaborate with team members across various positions
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during shifts
