Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Successful completion of background check
- Willingness to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is a plus but not required
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and delivering food to guests
- Ensure guests have a positive dining and entertainment experience
- Assist in cross-training and perform various positions as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to support business operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure guest and employee well-being
