Job Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain valid licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- must successfully pass background check
- must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- must be able to sit 20 percent of shift and walk 80 percent of shift
- high school diploma or equivalent

- prior experience in the gaming industry strongly preferred
- ability to adhere to food and beverage policies and State Liquor Laws
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Create an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Rockford their choice for gaming entertainment
- take customer drink orders, serve drinks and collect monies in a courteous and efficient manner
- adhere to food and beverage policies and State Liquor Laws
- complete all required set-up duties on time
- keep station clean at all times
- promote positive customer relations
- be responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guests checks
