Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bartending, serving, or cashiering roles
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes
  • Ability to memorize menu items and ingredients
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Ring up, process, and take orders over the phone and in person
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to increase check average when applicable
  • Process all credit card payments
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be proficient in a POS system
  • Maintain workspace clean at all times
  • Be able to make all cocktails and drinks
  • Memorize menu and know all ingredient and presentations
  • Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager
  • Prepare the proper reporting forms for the day with name, date and shift
  • Stock station with proper supplies
  • Follow opening and closing lists
  • Ensure entire area is neat, clean, and organized
  • Be thoroughly familiar with all menus and beverages
