Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bartending, serving, or cashier role preferred
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to memorize and explain menu items
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Experience in bartending, serving, or cashiering preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes

Job Duties
- Ring up, process, and take orders over the phone and in person
- Use suggestive selling techniques to increase check average when applicable
- Process all credit card payments
- Be able to multitask
- Be proficient in a POS system
- Maintain workspace clean at all times
- Make all cocktails and drinks
- Memorize menu and know all ingredients and presentations
- Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by manager
- Prepare the proper reporting forms for the day with name, date and shift
- Stock station with proper supplies
- Follow opening and closing lists
- Ensure entire area is neat, clean, and organized
- Be thoroughly familiar with all menus and beverages
