Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a bartending, serving, or cashier role preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to memorize and explain menu items
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in bartending, serving, or cashiering preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes

Job Duties

  • Ring up, process, and take orders over the phone and in person
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to increase check average when applicable
  • Process all credit card payments
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be proficient in a POS system
  • Maintain workspace clean at all times
  • Make all cocktails and drinks
  • Memorize menu and know all ingredients and presentations
  • Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by manager
  • Prepare the proper reporting forms for the day with name, date and shift
  • Stock station with proper supplies
  • Follow opening and closing lists
  • Ensure entire area is neat, clean, and organized
  • Be thoroughly familiar with all menus and beverages
